About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and emotional support.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
* Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.

Requirements:

* Six months' experience in care is preferred, but not essential as full training is available.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Caring, resilient, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
* A driver's license and access to own vehicle is essential, with business insurance required.
* Good professional and personal references.
* Ability to commit to the shifts and rota.
