About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team at Cluaran Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting vulnerable adults with personal care, housework, and medication management.
  • Providing companionship and helping with day-to-day tasks.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest level of care and support.
Requirements
  • A current PVG or willingness to join the scheme.
  • SSSC membership or willingness to join the scheme.
  • A can-do, positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A car and driving license or driver.

Due to the nature of the role, experience in care is preferred. You will need to hold N/SVQ2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards it.
