About the Role:

We are looking for a Care Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the Cupar area. As a Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide personal care, including toileting, feeding, and mobility assistance
  • Manage medication, including administration and monitoring
  • Support clients with emotional and social needs
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • 6 months' experience in care, preferably in a home care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Caring, resilient, and committed to providing high-quality care
  • Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle
  • Good professional and personal references
