">About the RoleAs a Group Work Support Coordinator with DeedMob B.V, you will be part of our team that helps older people in Hertfordshire who are recovering from illness or injury by matching them with a volunteer who can provide practical support and companionship. You will play a key role in ensuring our volunteers receive the necessary training and support to effectively assist those in need.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Key Responsibilities
  • To manage a team of volunteers providing practical support and companionship to older people in Hertfordshire.
  • To develop and deliver training programs for volunteers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively support service users.
  • To monitor and evaluate the performance of volunteers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • To build relationships with local healthcare providers and other stakeholders to promote the benefits of our service.
  • To contribute to the development of new initiatives and services, working closely with colleagues to ensure effective implementation.
