Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for championing the delivery of contracts, supervising installations, and supporting the planning, executing, and finalizing of events.


Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful contract delivery
  • Supervise the installation of equipment, including fencing, barriers, flooring, and portable toilets
  • Support the planning, execution, and finalization of events, working to strict deadlines and budgets

Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a similar role within the events/hire industry
  • Technically proficient with event infrastructure such as barriers, fencing, and flooring
  • Vehicle Mounted, Straight Mast, and Telehandler Forklift license (preferred but not essential)
  • Driving license (essential)
