Job Description

Austin Fraser is seeking a skilled and experienced Stock Controller to join their team in the Healthcare industry. This role involves managing stock control at various hospital sites across the Midlands, ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient stock distribution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting stock control at various hospital sites, receiving and checking deliveries from HGV drivers, and utilizing an iPad for accurate and efficient stock taking. They will also operate power pallet trucks to move stock safely and efficiently within hospital environments, as well as liaise with hospital staff to ensure stock is stored correctly and is easily accessible.

Key Requirements
  1. Previous experience in a stock control or inventory management role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  2. Good communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with hospital staff and HGV drivers.
  3. Proficiency in using stock control software and systems, including iPads.
  4. Experience operating power pallet trucks.
  5. Valid UK driving licence.
  6. Willingness to travel extensively across the Midlands.
Salary: 50phr
