Job Summary

The WomenTech Network is seeking a highly skilled Relativity Technical Account Manager to join our Service Delivery Management Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans to drive customer success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer projects and ensure minimal service impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the Relativity platform and improve customer experience
  • Partner with senior-level team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer incidents
  • Provide expert guidance on Relativity best practices to customers
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing processes and best practices
  • Travel up to 10% for customer engagements

Requirements

  • 10+ years of technical experience directly supporting customers
  • Proven experience with SQL, Windows platform, and/or troubleshooting complex technical issues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • ITIL Certification
