Relativity Technical Account Manager

Job Summary
The WomenTech Network is seeking a highly skilled Relativity Technical Account Manager to join our Service Delivery Management Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans to drive customer success and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customer projects and ensure minimal service impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the Relativity platform and improve customer experience
- Partner with senior-level team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer incidents
- Provide expert guidance on Relativity best practices to customers
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing processes and best practices
- Travel up to 10% for customer engagements
Requirements
- 10+ years of technical experience directly supporting customers
- Proven experience with SQL, Windows platform, and/or troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- ITIL Certification
