Relativity Technical Account Manager

At WomenTech Network, we're seeking a highly skilled Relativity Technical Account Manager to join our Service Delivery Management Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans to drive customer success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a deep understanding of customer projects and ensure minimal service impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the Relativity platform and improve customer experience
- Initiate and lead Customer Action Plans to ensure customers have a positive experience using Relativity
- Be accountable for the quality of service provided and ensure future demand is understood and factored into capacity planning
- Partner with senior-level team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer incidents
- Provide best practices on the use of Relativity to customers
- Travel up to 10% of the time for customer engagements
- 10+ years in a technical role directly supporting customers
- Proven experience with SQL and Windows platform, and/or experience troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on company and team objectives
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Experience working in a SaaS, IaaS, and/or Hybrid environments
- Experience with and knowledge of e-discovery industry and products
- ITIL Certification
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Azure
- Experience troubleshooting VMs, Storage, and Networking
