Railway Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing design and construction activities across various projects. Your expertise in engineering disciplines, quality assurance, and safety management will be instrumental in delivering high-quality results while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
In this role, you will work closely with Route Asset Engineers, Designers, and Project Contract Engineering Managers to ensure that all engineering activities meet the required standards and specifications. You will also be responsible for liaising with other discipline technical support teams and contractors to manage risks and environmental aspects of allocated projects.
As a successful candidate, you will have experience in engineering disciplines, ideally with involvement in construction and design projects across multi-discipline areas. You should possess knowledge of quality assurance, CDM regulations, risk assessment, and engineering management competency. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of environmental issues in engineering works and project safety management experience.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
