Job Title: Attendance Officer

South Devon UTC is seeking a dedicated Attendance Officer to join our team. As an Attendance Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting students who require additional help to overcome barriers to learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide targeted support to students with attendance and behavior issues
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and attendance
  • Monitor and track student attendance and behavior, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and carers to promote positive attendance and behavior
