**Role Overview**: We are currently seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to join our team in Devon. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between our company and the residents impacted by our maintenance projects. Your primary objective will be to uphold our company's reputation for professionalism and reliability by fostering positive relationships with residents, local authorities, and other stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their concerns, inquiries, and feedback regarding ongoing maintenance projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local authorities and community representatives to ensure efficient project coordination and compliance with regulations.
- Organise and attend meetings with residents and stakeholders to provide project updates, gather feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate closely with our project management team to ensure that projects are executed with mínimal disruption to residents daily lives.
- Provide clear and accurate information to residents regarding project timelines, potential disruptions, and any necessary preparations.
- Document and track resident interactions, feedback, and complaints, and report them to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure that resident feedback is considered in project planning and execution.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within the context of maintenance or construction projects, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise with residents while effectively conveying information.
- Strong organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with local authority contracts and regulations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for communication and documentation.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the Devon area.
