As a key member of the Onyx-Conseil team, the Operational Change Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the organization's strategic objectives are met by ensuring the business is ready to receive agreed-upon changes. This involves identifying and analyzing business impact and opportunities that require change within the organization, developing business readiness strategies to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identification and Analysis of Business Impact: Identify and analyze business impact and opportunities that require change within the organization, ensuring that change initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
  • Development of Business Readiness Strategies: Develop and implement business readiness strategies to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives, including the development of business readiness plans and status reports.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, to ensure that they are informed about change initiatives and that their needs and expectations are being met.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with Client Readiness, Operational Readiness & Tech Delivery to ensure business, sales, operations, client servicing, and functional partners are prepared for a smooth transition of technology delivery into BAU.
  • Resistance to Change Management: Manage resistance to change, ensuring that stakeholders are engaged and that their concerns are addressed.
  • Review and Analysis: Review business readiness plans and status reports in conjunction with change delivery managers to ensure business readiness activities are completed on time, including newly identified risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support to business stakeholders, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to implement change initiatives successfully.
