About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Care Assistant to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

Our Care Assistants are compassionate individuals who provide everyday support that makes a real difference to our clients' lives. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence

• Assisting with medication and supporting clients with their daily routines

• Helping with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework
