Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll work closely with our clients to provide personalized support and care, helping them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Help clients with their medication and provide emotional support
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individual care plans
