Job Summary

Purosearch is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead their team and provide high-quality care to residents. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent and strong knowledge of dementia care. They will be responsible for implementing best practices in care and managing a dedicated team of staff.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursing home.
  2. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and uphold the highest standards of care.
  3. Lead and manage a dedicated team of staff, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
  4. Implement best practices in care, particularly in dementia care.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is up to £70,000 per annum (depending on experience). The nursing home is located near East Grinstead, offering a great opportunity for those living in the area.
