About the OpportunityJob Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Regulatory Relationships Manager. As a key member of our team, you will develop and maintain relationships with partners, employers, and professionals on our register. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and within teams to meet agreed objectives.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in adult social care, other out of hospital setting, or a professional with regulatory experience. You will also have experience of delivering and supporting projects or programmes of work, delivering presentations and facilitating diverse stakeholder groups, and evidence of working autonomously and within teams to meet agreed objectives. As a Regional Advisor, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders at provider and system level to lead and contribute to the successful delivery of team projects and workstreams designed to increase our visibility and ensure we are better informed. You will have a particular focus on the provision of nursing in social care and other out of hospital employers of nursing and midwifery professionals.About You
  • A professional on the NMC register with significant experience in adult social care, other out of hospital setting or a professional with regulatory experience.
  • Living in the North West region.
  • Experience of delivering and supporting projects or programmes of work.
  • Experience of delivering presentations and facilitating diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Evidence of working autonomously and within teams to meet agreed objectives.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum,Benefits:
