Job Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as an Employer Link Service Adviser. This role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with partners, employers, and professionals on our register.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Regulation Adviser, promoting safe and effective practice using NMC guidance, and embedding nursing and midwifery standards. They will also contribute to the successful delivery of team projects and workstreams designed to increase our visibility and ensure we are better informed.

Key Requirements
  • Significant experience in adult social care or other out-of-hospital settings
  • Commitment to equality and diversity across all areas of work
  • Ability to work autonomously and within teams to meet agreed objectives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
