Plant Supervisor Opportunity at FM Conway

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Supervisor to join our Aggregate and Asphalt (A&A) division at FM Conway. Based at our Erith Asphalt plant, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the asphalt plant, mobile plant, and weighbridge functions, as well as coordinating the shift and supervising the site.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant operations, with experience in managing a team and ensuring the smooth running of production processes. They will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of health and safety, quality, and environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain asphalt plant, mobile plant, and weighbridge functions
  • Coordinate and supervise site operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality, and environmental regulations
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in plant operations and management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
