FM Conway Ltd is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Supervisor to join our Aggregate and Asphalt (A&A) division. Based at our Erith Asphalt plant, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the asphalt plant, mobile plant, and weighbridge functions, as well as coordinating the shift and supervising the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate the operational team to achieve excellence and continual improvement in terms of quality and efficiency.
- Generate task-specific risk assessments and safe working practices.
- Control and supervise contractors in accordance with the company's health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and practices.
Requirements:
- Experience with asphalt plant manufacturing operating systems.
- Good understanding of health and safety practices and legislation.
- Experience operating loading shovels, telehandlers, and weighbridges.
