As a key member of our finance team, the Chief Financial Officer will play a critical role in driving financial performance and ensuring the company's financial health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, reporting, and analysis, with a proven track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Manage cash flow and ensure financial stability, while maintaining strong relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred, along with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
