Job Description:

Pfizer is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Global Public Private Partnerships (GP3) team as a Scientific Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, tracking deliverables, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management and Support: Manage a defined set of projects, including tracking deliverables and managing the projects through their life-cycle.
  • Project Communications: Develop and manage project marketing overviews, manage the GP3 website, and manage team communications across the organization.
  • Project Audit and Reporting: Contribute to reporting activities to support internal and external audit requirements for the European Commission.
  • Other tasks: Special ad-hoc projects, team day-to-day help, social committee involvement, and shadowing external meetings.

Requirements:

  • Completing a placement as part of a University Degree either through a Year in Industry/Industrial Placement or Gap Year.
  • Proactive and passionate with good organizational skills, including the ability to multitask between competing assignments and strong verbal and written skills.
  • A scientific background is also helpful to enable you to better comprehend the projects.
  • Ability to see projects through to completion, focused on the end-result.
