Position: Production Operative - Drayton Site - Night ShiftWe are currently hiring Production Operatives for our night shift at the Drayton site. Join us at an exciting time as we expand our production lines, offering ample opportunities for career growth and skill development.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepping fresh produce on food production lines
- Chopping and preparing produce
- Picking, packing, and loading products
- Operating machinery
About You:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills
- Works well in a team
No experience required - we provide full training to kickstart your career with us.
Shift Pattern:Night shift from 6pm - 6am for 14 days over a 28-day period.
Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday
Additional £2,200 pa shift allowance for nights.
