**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Delivery Professional to join our team at Care New England Health System. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering medications and supplies to patients in a timely manner while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and customer service.

**Responsibilities:

  1. Identify medications requiring special storage and handling, such as hazardous medications and refrigerated medication, and handle them accordingly.
  2. Deliver medications to patient homes, satellite distribution centers, or other locations as needed.
  3. Communicate with patients to arrange delivery or notify them of any delays.
  4. Accurately log delivery times and mileage.
  5. Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to provide value-added support.
  7. Maintain confidentiality and protect organizational values.
  8. Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with an excellent driving record, and some computer knowledge.
