Regional Facilities Manager Opportunity

Praxis Facilities Management is seeking a seasoned Regional Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of six commercial offices in and around Surrey.

This role is ideal for a proactive and experienced facilities manager with a focus on hands-on management and project oversight.

  • Manage a portfolio of six multi-tenanted commercial properties, primarily in the Redhill area.
  • Responsibility for three sites, including facilities, maintenance, and tenant relations.
  • Coordinate with on-site building managers for the other three sites.
  • Supervise contracted services such as cleaning and security across all sites.
  • Handle ongoing projects, including refurbishments and issue resolution.

This role promises both variety and professional growth, with ongoing projects like refurbishments and the chance to tackle unique challenges.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar facilities management role, ideally in a multi-tenanted commercial environment.
  • NEBOSH is preferable.
  • Strong project management abilities, particularly in handling refurbishments and emergency situations.
