This role is ideal for a proactive and experienced facilities manager with a focus on hands-on management and project oversight.
- Manage a portfolio of six multi-tenanted commercial properties, primarily in the Redhill area.
- Responsibility for three sites, including facilities, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Coordinate with on-site building managers for the other three sites.
- Supervise contracted services such as cleaning and security across all sites.
- Handle ongoing projects, including refurbishments and issue resolution.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar facilities management role, ideally in a multi-tenanted commercial environment.
- NEBOSH is preferable.
