Quality Engineer Opportunity at Sunseeker International Ltd

Sunseeker International Ltd, a leading yacht manufacturer, is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team in Poole. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in the production of our luxury yachts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site supplier visits to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Review supplier data and manufacturing processes to improve quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal and external suppliers to implement best practices and improve quality
  • Manage and coordinate supplier performance metrics and reports
  • Assist with supplier evaluations and audits to ensure quality systems and manufacturing capabilities meet standards
Requirements:
  • Relevant manufacturing/engineering/Quality engineering degree or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in composites manufacturing/assembly
  • Knowledge of quality and business systems, including APQP and PPAP
  • Good understanding of engineering drawings and measurement techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
