Job Overview

Project People is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sustainable and profitable long-term 5G Private Networks contracts with enterprise and public sector customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within agreed geographical and vertical market sectors
* Understand customer business challenges and mobile connectivity requirements that can be addressed with 5G Private Networks
* Engage with CxO-level customers to develop compelling solutions and commercial models
* Manage opportunities and pipeline effectively through Salesforce
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the resolution of business challenges
* Negotiate end-to-end contracts
* Represent the company and promote our connectivity solutions in industry events and media

Requirements

* Bachelor's or master's degree
* 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales or Business Development
* Experience in telecommunications, manufacturing, mining, refineries, power plants, and other process industries
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Ability to lead teams without direct management authority
* Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail, prioritization, and multi-tasking
* Comprehensive understanding of CRM systems
* Working knowledge of 5G & 4G, RAN
* Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus
