We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team at Kream, a successful dealer group in Exeter. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our technical workshop and sales department with all parts requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Parts Support: Provide expert advice and supply parts to retail and trade customers, ensuring strong communications and excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Balance parts stock to ensure a steady supply is available, replenishing fast-moving items and avoiding overstocking.
  • Order Processing: Process returns and warranty enquiries, and liaise with the manufacturer for stock and VOR special orders.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, colleagues, suppliers, and external representatives.
