Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Develop and grow our international recruitment team, leading by example and providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment plans, leveraging a range of research methodologies and tools to identify top talent globally.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree or certifications in HR or related disciplines preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience as a recruiter/ talent acquisition/ executive searcher in recruitment, RPO or executive search, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Proven delivery management of senior candidates and clients.
  • Experience working on senior roles with a £120k-£300k base salary.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
