Senior Field Engineer Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Field Engineer to join our team at London Gatwick. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of complex projects across the airport.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage and supervise multi-disciplined construction projects from planning to completion
* Work closely with internal teams and contractors to ensure successful project completion
* Lead in managing construction management resources, developing their skills, and maintaining quality standards
* Deliver regular site safety engagement to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards
* Review contractor CDM and quality submittals for quality and compliance

**Requirements**

* Educated to Degree level or equivalent in Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering
* Experience on significant mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and heating projects
* Understanding of project close out and handover process
* Experience as a Senior Field Engineer or Section Engineer managing complex multi-year and £multi-million projects
