Senior Field Engineer Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Field Engineer to join our team at London Gatwick. As a Senior Field Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of complex projects across our airport.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage construction management resources assigned to you, helping to develop their skills, maintain quality standards and provide guidance and support.
* Deliver regular site safety engagement on responsible projects, to ensure an emphasis on and compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards and promoting a positive HSE culture.
* Review contractor CDM and quality and commissioning submittals for quality and compliance.
* Coordinate with electrical and mechanical engineering colleagues to ensure all works are installed to plan.

**Requirements**

* Educated to Degree level or equivalent in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
* Experience on significant mechanical, electrical, plumbing and heating projects.
* Understanding of the importance of controlling and managing the project close out and handover process.
* Experience as a Senior Field Engineer or Section Engineer managing complex multi-year and £multi-million projects typically with a value of £15 million.
