Customer Team Leader Job Description

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Team Leader to join our Co-op Digital team. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for leading by example, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the store team, coaching and supervising Customer Team Members to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, working closely with the Store Manager to drive business growth.
  • Manage store operations, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for all team members.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, including sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:
