Corporate Business Development Manager

We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic Sales Team as a Sales and Account Growth Specialist. Based in Bolton, you will be responsible for building relationships with small business owners, discussing the possibility of selling their business.
The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, be able to build excellent relationships with clients, and have a proven track record of exceeding targets.
The RoleYou will be responsible for:
- Initiating meaningful conversations with potential clients
- Working from our comprehensive CRM system
- Arranging appointments for Corporate Directors once a client expresses interest
- Delivering top-notch service with empathy, diligence, and speed
What We're Looking For:
- Prior sales experience (B2B or B2C)
- Able to build excellent relationships with Clients
- Be a strong closer – know how to spot 'buying signs'
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and enjoying a fast-paced sales environment
- Self-motivated, professional, and a team player
- Bags of energy, enthusiasm, and a desire to be the best

- Competitive Salary: £25k Basic, uncapped commission structure. Realistic OTE £40k
