About the Job:
  • This is a competitive salary role: $130,000 - $180,000 per year
  • In this role, you will lead our engineering team in the EU region, driving the design, development, and enhancement of air-cooled chiller systems.
  • You will ensure high performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

This is a leadership role that offers hands-on experience in solving real-world engineering challenges.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with application engineering teams and customers to develop customized chiller solutions.
  2. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure production efficiency and high-quality assembly of air-cooled chillers.
  3. Prepare reports for management and clients.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with hands-on expertise in air-cooled chillers or HVAC systems.
  • Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and HVAC design principles.
