Job Title: Governance and Quality Manager

At NatWest, we're seeking a highly skilled Governance and Quality Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction on all quality matters across the platform or domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership on quality matters, ensuring compliance with the bank's testing standards and policies.
  • Hone your knowledge of quality best practices and collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Manage the test governance team, spread across different geographical locations, and take on result-oriented initiatives.
  • Review all key collateral, ensuring it is of sufficient quality with no gaps or duplication.
  • Provide support across all business areas with respect to addressing customer test governance related queries and escalations.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of quality standards, quality best practices, and our risk and controls framework.
  • High levels of knowledge and demonstrable application of modern testing and quality practices and techniques used with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in test management, quality assurance, and test governance roles.
  • A strategic thinker with a proven ability to utilise existing test knowledge and experiences, along with the ability to produce practical solutions and alternatives to testing processes.
  • A self-starter and an excellent team player with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication skills to ensure that QA vision is understood and implemented correctly with key stakeholders.
