Job Title: Cylinder Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cylinder Sales Representative to join our Calor Gas team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and business retention.
  • Develop new LPG and BioLPG business across sectors and markets through effective lead generation and territory management.
  • Implement a robust and dynamic strategic action plan to deliver on targeted performance metrics.
  • Build a strong network of key stakeholders, including industry partners and installers, to support business growth and retention.
  • Represent Calor Gas in a professional manner, networking at industry events to promote the Calor brand and products.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years sales experience, preferably within the energy industry or focus sectors.
  • Highly commercial and results-oriented, with a proven track record of overachievement.
  • Adaptable, energetic, self-driven, and team-oriented.
  • Proactive, target-focused, with a resilient, positive, and determined attitude.
  • Strong time and territory management skills, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and competent IT skills.
