Role Overview
The Calor Northern Cylinder Sales Team is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join their sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and business retention.
- Develop new LPG and BioLPG business across various sectors and markets through effective lead generation and territory management.
- Implement a strategic action plan to deliver targeted performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build a network of key stakeholders, including industry partners and installers, to support business growth and retention.
- Maintain customer contracts and ensure cylinder stocks and marketing budgets are well managed in line with company requirements.
- Represent Calor in a professional manner, networking at industry events to promote the Calor brand and products.
- Ensure customers comply with Calor's credit terms and utilize relevant IT systems for reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless sales process and customer experience.
Requirements
- A minimum of three years sales experience, preferably within the energy industry or focus sectors.
- Highly commercial and results-oriented, with a proven track record of overachievement.
- Adaptable, energetic, self-driven, and team-oriented, with strong time and territory management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with competent IT skills and a full clean driving license.
