**Job Title:** Field Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team at Employmint. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with new and established clients in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and prospecting across various industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client inquiries effectively.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a field-based position in engineering or a closely related industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software is highly desirable.
  • A valid driving licence is required for travel between client locations.
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for achieving sales targets and contributing to team success.
