Senior Vehicle Technician

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our growing business in Banbury. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair, with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing electrical and mechanical repairs, including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts, and air conditioning servicing. They will also be expected to carry out vehicle maintenance and repairs on a full range of models, perform fault diagnosis, and maintain a high level of vehicle knowledge.
Main Responsibilities:
- Electrical and mechanical repairs
- Vehicle maintenance and repairs on a full range of models
- Fault diagnosis and recommendations for repair
- Maintenance of vehicle knowledge
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Qualification or 3-5 years of experience as a mechanic
- Hardworking and able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
- Ability to fit into a small professional team
Salary and Benefits:
- Estimated salary: £32,500 - £45,000 per year based on experience
