Main Responsibilities:

  • Play an instrumental role in shaping and building a sponsorship-driven portfolio of events that delivers positive environmental and social impact.
  • Develop and implement content strategies for a portfolio of in-person and online events aligned with the climate agenda.
  • Manage the production cycle, ensuring all events are produced with ample lead time and milestones are met and targets achieved throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including speakers, moderators, and sponsors, to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Work closely with the sales team to aid in securing partners and coordinate their participation and sponsorship.
  • Establish content and speaking inventories to meet revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies for target audience acquisition and engagement.
  • Provide exceptional service to partners, speakers, and stakeholders, resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor content strategies, milestones, and targets to achieve event KPIs.
  • Create promotional copy for marketing channels and editorial needs.
  • Keep event websites updated with the latest information, speakers, partners, and sessions.
  • Manage onsite event delivery, ensuring objectives and expectations are met.
  • Conduct evaluations and prepare detailed reports highlighting event outcomes.
