Finance Business Partner

Reed Finance is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join their team in Perth. As a key member of the Finance team, you will work closely with the Finance Manager, Director of Finance, and other colleagues to deliver timely, accurate, and compliant financial information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and compliant.
  • Provide financial insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Support and challenge budget holders to optimise financial performance.
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and analysis.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Participate in financial audits and implement audit recommendations.
  • Engage in continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a finance role with a track record of delivering accurate financial information.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide insights that drive financial performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support, challenge, and influence others.
  • Adept at working collaboratively with various stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of financial compliance.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Relevant financial qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
