About the Role

As a Volunteer Coordinator - Finance at Volunteer Now, you will play a critical role in supporting our team to deliver high-quality programs and services to our volunteers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including coordinating travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting, ensuring that we have sufficient resources to deliver our programs and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including volunteers, donors, and partners.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in finance, accounting, or business administration is an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a non-profit organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
