About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist Physiotherapist to join our team at Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our MSK Physiotherapy service, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients to a high standard and provide evidence-based interventions in a variety of community settings.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols.
  • Participate in audit and research activities to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff to ensure high-quality care and professional development.
Requirements
  • Degree in physiotherapy or equivalent.
  • Registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Relevant post-graduate level training or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and prioritize tasks effectively.
