We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist Physiotherapist to join our team at Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a Specialist Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our MSK Physiotherapy service.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients with a wide range of MSK related complaints, using evidence-based interventions and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and other healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols, ensuring best practice in MSK Physiotherapy.
- Participate in audit and research activities, contributing to the improvement of patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Relevant post-graduate level training or equivalent relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to travel to various hospital and community locations, with a valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
