**Job Overview:** Nursing Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Team Lead to join our care team at Doonbank House Care Home. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

About the Role:

  • Nursing Care: Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of care assistants, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to deliver excellent care.
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Medication Management: Ensure that medication is administered correctly and safely, following all guidelines and protocols.

Requirements:

  • Caring Nature: A compassionate and empathetic individual who prioritizes the needs of others.
  • Experience: Proven experience in delivering high-quality nursing care and leading care teams.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Qualifications: RGN or RMN registration is essential.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
