Behaviour Learning Mentor Role

Protocol Education is seeking a Behaviour Learning Mentor to join our team. As a Behaviour Learning Mentor, you will work with pupils who require additional support with their behaviour, providing guidance and mentorship to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with pupils on a 1:1 or group basis to develop their behaviour and learning skills
  • Collaborate with school staff to implement behaviour plans and improve pupil outcomes
  • Provide mentorship and support to pupils to help them build positive relationships and achieve their goals
  • Contribute to the development of behaviour support plans and strategies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with challenging behaviour
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and techniques
