The Role

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students who face behavioural challenges. Your responsibilities will include developing behaviour management strategies, providing one-on-one mentoring, and fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group mentoring to students with behavioural needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create individual behaviour plans.
  • Monitor and report on students' progress and behaviour.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive school environment that promotes respect and learning.

Requirements

  • A strong passion for supporting students' behavioural and emotional needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
