Behaviour Learning Mentor

Protocol Education is seeking Behaviour Learning Mentors to work with pupils who exhibit challenging behaviour. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and be able to work independently. The role involves working with a variety of children on a 1:1 or group basis, across the age and ability spectrum. The Behaviour Learning Mentor will work alongside key school staff and existing behaviour plans to improve levels of pupil behaviour exhibited in class. The successful candidate will build a supportive working relationship with pupils, acting as a mentor and role model to improve overall attainment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with pupils who exhibit challenging behaviour
- Develop and implement behaviour plans to improve pupil behaviour
- Work alongside key school staff to support pupil behaviour
- Build a supportive working relationship with pupils
Requirements:
- Experience working with children
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
