Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage a team of financial professionals to achieve strategic objectives.
  • To develop and implement effective financial plans and strategies to drive growth and sustainability.
  • To provide expert financial guidance and advice to senior managers and medical staff.

Requirements:

  • Post-qualification experience of financial management within an acute hospital environment.
  • Staff management experience.
  • Demonstrable experience of successful identification and delivery of tangible efficiency savings in a healthcare environment.
  • Experience of working with senior managers and medical staff on strategic financial issues.
  • Advanced IT skills, including Excel and electronic accounting systems.
