- Previous Experience: Previous experience as a Senior Carer or similar role in a care home setting.

- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and a commitment to quality care.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build compassionate relationships with residents and staff.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Qualifications: Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
