A forward-thinking civil engineering firm in South West London is seeking an HR Coordinator to support their Head of HR on a temporary basis.

This hybrid role involves assisting with recruitment, HR systems management, and documentation, as well as internal communications. The successful candidate will work from home for 2 days and spend 3 days at the Wimbledon office.

The hourly rate for this contract is £20 per hour, totaling £160 per day.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a generalist HR Assistant or Administrator.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification and strong academic record.
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking, and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and recruitment software such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
